WhatsApp video calling feature is now out for Android, IOS and Windows phones across the world. Users can now place a video call by just tapping the call icon inside the chat. Once pressed, a pop-up will appear offering the options to make a voice call or a video call. There is no charge by WhatsApp for making video calls, but your phone needs to have an active data connection for making video calls. 

WhatsApp application is very simple and easy to use. The app provides User-friendly experience. Users find it more easy to send messages, place a voice call or video call with a single app. Video calling update in WhatsApp could be a bad news for its rivals.

In order to get this video calling feature on your device you just need to update your WhatsApp application to the latest version.

Here's how to make a video call within WhatsApp:
- Open WhatsApp
- Go to the Contacts tab
- Tap the contact you want to initiate a WhatsApp video call with
- Tap on the phone icon towards the top of the screen
From the popup choose Video call.
